Omschrijving

This magnificent thirteen bedroom Alhaurin el Grande villa sits at the top of a secure and gated urbanisation on a very large plot of land. This wonderful countryside villa was originally built as a family home by the current owners but due to its size could very easily be purchased as a business venture to run a bed and breakfast, retreat or Airbnb.

This truly spectacular home has wonderful touches throughout such as beautifully, hand carved, Arabic arches and wooden Spanish doorways, an impressive wine cellar below the house with a tunnel connecting the wine cellar and the industrial kitchen to the outside pool area.

The main house covers three floors connected by an impressive staircase and a large lift. The villa also has a separate guest apartment and a covered barbecue and eating area by the pool.

Because of its elevated position the views across the Guadalhorce valley to the Bay of Malaga are stunning. The house sits on the edge of Alhaurin el Grande, in just a few minutes ‌you ‌can ‌leave ‌the ‌peace and tranquility ‌of ‌this private country house and enjoy ‌the ‌many ‌shops and fabulous Spanish and International ‌restaurants ‌that ‌this ‌town ‌has ‌to ‌offer.
